Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Important: Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion if you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription term.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us at support@mepmedia.in. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging your item unless the exchange is due to our error.
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
