OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MEP Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
